Q. What is this club all about?
A. The A.P.I.N. “MIC” is designed to provide an opportunity for people to
meet informally, once a month in their own post code area. Together with an ‘APIN facilitator’, (an experienced representative of APIN), the discussions will target personal wealth creation ideas. The sole purpose is to explore strategies to help members understand and find ways to achieve a sufficient level of personal wealth at retirement to maintain an ongoing comfortable lifestyle. (Latest statistics indicate that the Australian average recommended amount needed at age 65 is $2m for an average 20 year retirement.)
Q. Who attends these meetings?
A. APIN is the only ‘network’ of its type in Australia and is growing daily because of its educational products. Most of the attendees are average Australians frustrated about their personal financial situation and are looking for experts to help them fiond better ways to get ahead.
Q. Why is it called a ‘millionaire’s club?’
A. Quite simply because we all need to have this target by the time we reach 65 years of age. Q. If the meetings are free, how does APIN make money?
A. Our specialty is building wealth by investing in quality real estate. We are fully licensed and provide advanced research and due diligence reports on any area we promote. We get paid a fee in the same way as any real estate agent does when you sell your house.
Q. I have a business in your post code – how can you help me and my clients?
A. Firstly ask yourself – what am I doing to assist the clients in my data base with wealth creation? We pay a 1% introduction fee (common and legal) to you for any of your clients who purchase an investment property through APIN. You and your clients have access to Australia’s largest collection of educational e-books and home study kits as an APIN member. In addition our members may need your service
